Time Difference between outlook and SFB for meetings

Due to the lack of daylight-saving time (DST) changes in our country this year, unfortunately, after disabling DST on Exchange and Skype servers, the meeting times in Skype are shown one hour behind in comparison to the time set in Outlook. I would appreciate it if you could guide me on how to resolve this one-hour difference between Outlook and Skype for Business.

In this situation, we recommend that you do not clear the Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time check box in the Time Zone Settings dialog box.

2023-04-09T07:42:46.56+00:00 @JimmyYang-MSFT Hi Jimmy, Thanks for response. If we don't clear Automatically DST check box, the clock goes forward one hour. Then what should we do? actually we had issue on time difference between outlook calendar and Skype For business.

2023-04-13T09:47:20.6733333+00:00 @Omid Heravi please try to close the Skype for Business client and navigate to the following folder on the pc (press windows + r key, then type the following in the run window):
%userprofile%\appdata\local\microsoft\office\16.0\lync
Then find the folder start with your account, delete the entire folder. wait for a while, start Skype for Business and sign in again. Meanwhile,- check if your SMTP and SIP is the same as this can cause the issue as well.
- check if you have latest updates and pollintervall. If it's set to thirty minutes and you created the meeting before that time presence won't be updated.
- share your configuration information of Skype for Business(press ctrl + click the Skype for Business mark) to help us check your EWS
