InternalServer error when deploying model

I've trained custom model with Azure OpenAI Studio (based on curie model). Training finished well but when I'm trying to create deployment from this model I've get 'Deployment failed' message all the time. When I've opened DevTools console I can see that error is error : {code: "InternalServerError", message: "Internal Server Error."}. Could you tell me what is wrong?
