I accidently deleted my authenticator app and can't log in

My work account is secured by the authenticator app on my phone. However, some months ago I accidently deleted the app. Now I need either the authenticator app to approve a new log in, or a code from the app. And I wanted to re download the app, but then I need to log in via the app?! I asked my boss to reset my password but this didn't help. Can anyone please help me? I can't access the Azure Portal

    Hi Nina, did your Global Administrator (as understood your boss has such permissions) try to follow the below steps to change the MFA methods for your account? Or he can temporarily disable the MFA from M365 Admin center - active users for your account and after that re-enable after you sign in? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-mfa-userdevicesettings#manage-user-authentication-options
