Question about ApplicationID in Azure OpenAI GPT-4.0 Application

I would like to apply for Azure OpenAI GPT-4.0. However, when filling out the application form, I encountered a problem: "ApplicationID from the original OpenAI Service application (Optional). Can be found in your Azure OpenAI Service onboarding email." I'm not sure how to find this ID number. I would appreciate any help you can provide! Thank you.

Actually, the application id is in your Azure OpenAI Service onboarding email's TITLE!

In the email's title, not in the content.

Please note that you must have access to Azure OpenAI Service before you can join the waitlist for access to the GPT-4 model.

To request access to Azure OpenAI Service, you can fill out a form at: https://aka.ms/oaiapply

Once your access is approved, you will receive an onboarding email with the necessary details. If you have already been approved for access, you can find the ApplicationID from your original OpenAI Service application or in your Azure OpenAI Service onboarding email.
