What do the colors represent for the WM icons next to app registration display names?

I'm using azure app registrations to integrate a 3rd party solution for some wordpress sites. What's odd is I set up three app registrations and two of them have green WM icons next to the display name and one has red WM icon next to display name and absolutely no indication of what any of that means... I set them all up the same exact way. What does red vs green mean? Or is it something silly like "apps get assigned random colors" lol.
