Try to update payment method but keeps on getting error that cardholder does not match card details for Microsoft 365. But the details on the card is correct.

Hi Gerda,

I'd try reaching out to your Credit Card company to see if they are denying it on their end.

Note that it must match EXACTLY what name is on the card and what address it is tied to.
