I was supposed to post the videos today but I stalled because of this bizarre issue and the inability to move the training channel before the channel it's currently after (because apparently MS thinks everyone should always plan the order of things alphabetically, which is obviously bad design).
How to share h264 video in a channel in Teams
It seems like the platform just isn't designed to do anything we need it to do. Today I went to place multiple videos in a Teams channel, one video for each conversation, but the videos don't display correctly. How can I share videos in teams in a structured way? This is for education and training so needs to be in the right order too, I know Teams is chaos and impossible to organize so it might need to be all contained inside a single conversation. These are workarounds within workarounds because MS didn't design this product for visual communication, which is what our business does, so naturally every day is difficult for communicating. I'm just looking for hacks or whatever people do to get Teams to work for them.

Would you please share some more information on "but the videos don't display correctly"?
For example, how did you name these videos?
Based on my test, if you add numbers like 01,02,03 as prefixes to filenames of the videos, it should display in a structured way for you.
