I found these instructions that detail how to publish to the Azure government marketplace. They don't seem to cover how to publish an OAuth2.0 enterprise app in Azure Active Directory within azure.us. We are looking to support customers on GCC High and want our app published within Azure.us to support them. Is there documentation or guidance around how to achieve this somewhere?

Hi! Unforunately I haven't managed to figure this out yet. I gained access to the microsoft partner center, but I don't see a way to publish an Azure Enterprise App in there, much less how to publish one to azure.us specifically.
I think that maybe @Anonymous 's answer is correct. But I don't have an account to log in with at portal.azure.us and I'm not sure how to create one

A couple of follow up questions, so the Microsoft Partner Center is where I can publish an Azure enterprise app for Azure.us where GCC High organizations can use it? What do I choose in that dropdown menu? Is Azure Application in that dropdown the same as an Azure enterprise application? Thank you!

@risolis thank you again for your help. I was able to get into the microsoft partners center and I believe I see how to access marketplace offers. One final question: we have an existing Azure enterprise app published in portal.azure.com. Is there a way to make that same app available in azure.us? Or do we need to publish a separate enterprise app entirely for it to be accessible in the national cloud deployments?

The process for submitting to have an AAD Enterprise Application Gallery published is explained here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/v2-howto-app-gallery-listing The submission process is the same for both public/commercial and the US Gov/GCC clouds.
Hi @Anonymous , thanks for the answer! Understood, the process for public/commercial Azure is something we're familiar with so that should be straightforward. My remaining question is, do we need to log in at portal.azure.us (rather than portal.azure.com) to publish the GCC version of our Azure app? And if so, how do we get an account in azure.us ? Our normal MSFT accounts are not recognized on the sign-in page there. Also, is the above answer about publishing through the microsoft partnerships portal incorrect then? Thanks again for your help!
I'm not well versed on how to acquire an Azure AD tenant in the US Gov cloud, but I believe you need to go through a sales/account team at Microsoft. You are correct that you need to log in to portal.azure.us to publish the OAuth version of the application, as OIDC/OAuth apps are hosted in your tenant.
