GPO for region setting

Dear Expert, I have used windows server 2012 as a domain controller, and I have used this to manage the Windows 10 LTSB/LTSC.User's image

This policy working fine but it malfunctioned recently. As I check our root domain,( I'm in a sub-domain) they have another path to apply the policy. User's image

I cannot find this path in the domain controller and I want to know let it appear in my sub-domain. Thank you Vanness
