Support for Redis ACL

Hello We would like to use ACL style access keys for Azure Redis. Can someone here comment if this feature is already supported and if so share some documentation resources for the same?

As I understand you want to know if Access Control List is supported in Azure Cache for Redis.

For security we have the concept of Primary and Secondary keys.

If I connect to Azure Redis Cache it seems like the ACL command for creating users is not recognized.
So seems creating users is not fully enabled in redis azure cache ....... only if using Azure Active directory - not direct user creation.

Puzzles me how much effort Microsoft puts to make the worse possible service. It's always offering a terrible product.

Why not offer an option to fully enable ACL, instead of requiring to use a stupid service from MS itself?

I have checked with the internal team and they have communicated:

Support for ACL is targeted to rollout in May.

We recommend you to visit the What's New in Azure Cache for Redis(Release Notes) for updates.
