Sharepoint: titles or other properties in libraries are not shown correctly

My colleague is experiencing a strange problem. We are both owner of the same sharepoint site. When she opens the Sharepoint some items in libraries are not shown properly. And what I mean by that is that words are really being changed. E.g. we have a contactlist and there the first name of a person called Peter is changed to Plasser (for those who understand dutch, this is not a joke). Also other words are changed, e.g. an acronym of three letters is changed to "handelsovereenkomst". When I have a look in the same libraries, everything is alright and we haven't had any complaints so we think she is the only one where the words aren't shown right. Is there anyone who knows what the problem is?

Does the computer in question have any different settings than yours?

Does anyone else have this problem besides him?
