Capturing the screen doesn't work

Whenever I try to capture the screen of laptop, it says the computer ends the program "ScreenClippingHost.exe". WHat is this?

    It is under C:\Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy and associated with Screen snipping. Try step 8) Reinstall Windows Shell Components to fix “ms-screenclip” error https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/win-shift-s-snip-sketch-key-not-working-windows-10/
