When in the Playground and having deployed a model. The example prompts worked a few times but now receive Call completion failed. Failed to retrieve fine tuned models. Please try again later.

Usually, if the deployment is successful and completions work successfully in the playground the API should continue to respond successfully. Is this a persistent error or only seen with few completions?
If it occurs with few completions then the most likely cause could be the limitations and quotas, do you think you have breached any of the limits that are defined?
If it is persistent then the reason for error needs to be looked up by service team for your resource. This is usually done by raising a support case through Azure portal.
If you are just testing the API then it might also be a good idea to delete the deployment and create a new one and test again as sometimes the backend compute limitation of the service due to demand could be causing such errors.

yuanzhi wang 20 Reputation points2023-06-02T07:35:47.3466667+00:00 I met same error message while trying to deploy a deployment. But the interesting thing is i can still successful to deploy deployment.
But while i trying to use playground or API, I got below error message:
"Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription and use a correct regional API endpoint for your resource."
Anybody know how to resolve it?
P.S. I'm sure i'm using the correct Cognitive Service API key.
