What could be an issue when there is an any email coming with voicemail transcription file with .htm or .html extension is being transfer to quarantine? There is Anti-Spam inbound policy (Default) in M365 defender for O365 with below settings in short. Anti-SpamHCPSettings

    By research, If you don't want these messages to be quarantined, you can select the quarantine email and choose to report the email to Microsoft for analysis, Should not have been blocked (false positive).
