Sharepoint external sharing issue

Question

Hello, I am currently sharing a sharepoint folder to an external team with a specific domain. Other external teams have been able to upload files without any issue. This external team are currently having issues with uploading as only:

• 1 out of the 5 users is able to edit/delete files
• 2 out of the 5 users are able to create new folders
• the rest are unable to edit and keep on getting upload errors.

Is there something missing from my permissions?

What is the type of sharing link? Whether the external team that can be accessed normally and the external team that cannot be accessed normally in the same domain?

First, you can do a simple troubleshooting according to below tips.

1.Try to remove the sharing link for the external team that cannot be accessed normally, then re-share again, compare the result.

2.Check whether set conditional policy in the AD of this tenant.

3.Try to share another folder with external team that cannot be accessed normally, compare the result.

As a supplement to troubleshooting, you could check this folder whether has unique permission compared with document library.

Select the folder -> Manage access -> Advanced, if the folder has unique permission, check permissions for users with issue.
