How to sign an application for Windows ?

Hello, we have a new electron application which work on Windows, but we have a problem with the installer, we have this message : "windows application not recognized" -> then the user need to click on "execute anyway" to launch the installer

What must we do to stop getting this message ? Just digitally sign our application ?

    If your application Microsoft app or non-Microsoft app?

    If it is your custom development app, please ask the developers to check.

    If it is one third-part development app, please ask the support engineer from third-part app to check.

    Or maybe it is compatibility issue.
