Hello, I have been asked to recover some files from DPM that require tapes, which I have found and loaded in the tape drive. The View tape list asked for three tapes. This is the first time I have done this so I only loaded one tape and got an error that named the tape number of another tape on the list. I added both the tapes that I had not loaded and retried the operation. I have not got another error, but the operation is still running after 12 hours. Is this normal, or should I try something else? Thanks.

2023-06-05T15:46:05.9266667+00:00 Hi Ethan, thanks for responding! I have been waiting for weeks and nothing has changed. I loaded the 3 tapes it was asking for and 2 went online, one did not. So, I can't retrieve the data (see attached). I have tried other days and now the tapes I add are "Suspect." I don't know where to start. Tape Error 24042.JPG
