My computer is almost out of storage because it was Microsoft Visual C++ 2010, 2013, and 2015-2022. It has all x64 and x86 for all three of them installed. Do I need to have all 3 different versions of them or can I just have the 2015-2022 version installed?

Windows does not need or install the various C++ runtimes. Those got installed by applications that were installed on windows. So, it's likely something will be broken if you remove, but ultimately ask the application developer.
