I recently reset my phone which somehow lost all of my authenticator accounts. i have tried the' " i do not have use of authenticator" option but al it does is bring me to a prompt that allows me to choose, "use authenticator to approve sign in", or "use code". this use code brings me to a prompt asking me to use authenticator to create code but i do not have authenticator setup at the moment. i can get onto teams and outlook via my work laptop so is there some sort of work around that will allow me to push the logins to my device?

I cannot sign into my Azure account. (I'm just a home techie... not a company... so I don't have an IT department I can call.)
When I attempt to sign in, it's asking for my 2fa code. I broke the app. So, I need to somehow reset it. All the instructions I see, there should be a way to put an alternate 2fa auth in during this step. But, it's not giving me the option. Clicking more information just opens up an FAQ webpage. It explains how to create an app password (like a service account password... which is off topic and irrelevant to me just not being able to use 2fa to login to the portal.)
