Hello, We have Surface Go devices. OSD is started. Surface Go devices getting Shut Down during the OSD process. Please help to find what is causing the Shutdown. I see that TSManager restarted the device in the Event Viewer Logs. May be it does not come back after restart. Please help how to find why does the device does not come back after restart or how does shutdown happens

To check the Event Viewer logs and determine why the device was shut down or restarted on Windows 11, use these steps:
1, Can we get smsts.log?
2, How did you identify the devices when OSD? We can try to specify that Configuration Manager use different identification methods. The link for your reference:
3, What version of OS you are deploying? Please help check if we are missing any drivers?
