Missing Exam Voucher

Good morning Team,

On the 14th and 15th of September I have attended the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals which would give us a voucher for us to do the certification. According with the instructions 5 days after the training the voucher would be emailed to me however I never received this email and instead I have received an email saying that i have missed the second part of the training.

This information is not correct because I have attended both sessions on the mentioned days so I was wondering how can I get the voucher to complete my certification?
