    Hi Yomi Odukoya,

As you're facing the issue of your Outlook data file reaching its maximum size, I can see that it is not resolved after trying the compact method. Here's an alternative way you can try to fix the issue of a data file reaching its maximum size in Outlook:

    1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" tab.
    2. Select "Options" from the left-hand menu.
    3. In the Outlook Options window, click on the "Advanced" tab.
      1. Scroll down to the "Export" section and click the "AutoArchive Settings" button.
    4. In the AutoArchive dialog box, you can configure settings to automatically archive older items, such as emails, to a different location.
    5. Choose the desired options, such as the folder to archive, the frequency of archiving, and the location to store the archived items.
    6. Click "OK" to save the settings and start the archiving process.

I hope this will resolve the issue with your Outlook desktop app. If you have any more questions or need additional support, feel free to ask. I'm here to assist you to the best of my ability.
