1.For this custom profile, is there any error code?
2.For the Administrative templets profile, did you assign it to a device group? If yes, please check the registry key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings. If possible, please show us the screen shot.
