Hi @Niki Niki it's best to work with a support engineer directly and solve your issue faster. Since your account has been deleted, you should still be able to create the ticket since your issue falls under basic support. Let me know if you have any issues creating the support ticket.

Hi Niki Niki, I hope I can help you with this question. If I understood you correctly, you deleted your last Global Administrator in Azure Tenant and now you cannot delete an existing subscription. Basically, the last Global Administrator in an AzureAD tenant cannot be deleted until all outstanding invoices have been paid and subscriptions have been deleted. So I assume that there is still an Admin account in the tenant, which is also the Billing Administrator. Can you give us some more details on how you went about deleting and if there were any other users in the tenant that had the role of Global Administrator or Billing Administrator? Another option is, to contact the official Azure support. Billing and Subscription questions are included in the basic plan. So there will be no additional costs. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/plans/ If the reply was helpful, please don’t forget to upvote or accept it as an answer, thank you.

In this case, I would recommend waiting for the Azure support team to assist you with this problem or tell you what's the current state of the subscription. Without more information, I can't help you here further. If the reply was helpful, please don’t forget to upvote or accept it as an answer, thank you.
