Leave Azure AD organization for locked account

Shortly, sometime ago I was added to Microsoft own azure ad tenant

(probably 8+ years ago), but now it's time to leave it, but unfortunately account locked https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/leave-the-organization#why-cant-i-leave-an-organization and I don't know who is and admin of Microsoft tenant who can delete me. Could somebody raise this ticket to somebody from Microsoft who can drop me from MSFT Azure AD tenant

    I remember who it was- it was me... that time I was Microsoft FTE. Also - I was Azure MVP and Martin Tatar (MVP program coordinator) probably added me to MSFT tenant as well. Anyway- my account need to be excluded from Microsoft Azure AD tenant as I'm no longer neither an MVP nor Microsoft FTE
