We need to hide this message from users how can I do this from gpo/regsitry

Unfortunately, the message is built into the tool. The only GPO for snipping tool is to prevent it from running. You could minimize the the message, but unknown if that will stick when deployed to other systems.
What about remove the button "Try Snip & Sketch". User are clickon on the try button but thn getting access denined error and raising lot of tickets.
The button and the message are fixed in the applications. There is no way to remove them. You should send a suggestion to Microsoft to have the message removed in future releases.
You can enable AppLocker to block Snip&Sketch from running at all: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/123970-use-applocker-block-microsoft-store-apps-windows-10-a.html Leave snip & sketch in and just have AppLocker block from running.
Can you provide more information on why you are blocking snip & sketch? I know it is not a great tool, but understanding a little more might help work out the issue.

As Annabooks said, the message is built into the tool. There is no way to hide this message if you want to use this tool. If possible, I would suggest you just ignore the above message.

So just ignore or disable a perfectly good tool. And for what? The new snip and sketch is awful to use and will be the first thing that gets removed once we upgrade Windows 10.
Agreed, this is a quicker tool to use.
It doesn't help just turning full tool off. We just need to make sure the "Try Snip & Sketch" is remove and if possible if we can replace or remove the message.
We still like to use the old tool for time being until we ready to move to new tool
