So I am trying to use the Authenticator to verify my Fsa ID so I can access the information to apply for grants. I’m having an issue with step to however which says “”Step 2: Link Your FSA ID Enter the following key into your authenticator app, then click "Continue." “” which is then followed by a really long set of uppercase letters and numbers, and I can’t find anywhere that I can enter the code on this app there is only the option to scan a QR code which is not an option for the verification process. Any help is very much appreciated thank you! 76761EF5-715A-4371-8CD8-E04496EBC72C

Hi @Mistressofdarkness , Thanks for reaching out. I understand you are trying to setup Multifactor Authenticator to verify your FSA ID which require you to enter the key. To setup the account in Authenticator, you can manually setup the account as well if you don't have QR code

    1. To manually set up the code, when you click on 'scan QR code', it will display the below screen where it will ask to 'Enter Code Manually'.

    User's image

When you click on it, a screen will come to select your account.

2.Select Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.) to set up your account. Then a screen will display to enter Account Name and Secret Key where you can enter your details:

    Account Name -Your FSA ID

    Secret Key - Code/Key

3.Once the account has been created, you will be able to verify using a One-time password code. Hope this will help.

    Thanks,

    Shweta
