Hello everyone, I've been trying to connect Microsoft Intune with my personal device for almost a month. I've updated the PC several times this time but it didn't work it. The reported issue by the application is not connecting because my Windows version is not compatible with the company. I checked the version and it was the last version of Windows 11, version 22H2. When I searched on the internet I could not find any similar reported issue. Only most people indicated that this problem can happen and they explained different solutions. but these solutions are incompatible with my issue. Since I may not connect to my device, I was unable to use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive on PC. I really need to connect to my Microsoft Company account with all my corporate and personal devices because of my agile work. I've mostly worked on Drive to reach all my files. Since I can't reach it on my PC, it is really difficult and a waste of time. I would be happy if someone capable tries to solve this problem since my company's IT authority had not helped. P.S. I used my personal Microsoft account to ask the question. If you reach me I can share my company account as well.

Since you have already checked your Windows version and confirmed that it is compatible with your organization, there might be other factors preventing the connection. Here are a few suggestions that may help:

Check your device's compliance status: Open the Settings app on your Windows device, then navigate to Accounts > Access work or school. Here you should see your company account listed. Check the compliance status of your device, and if it's not marked as compliant, follow the prompts to resolve any issues.

Check your network connection: Make sure that your device is connected to a stable and reliable network connection, and that there are no network or firewall settings blocking the connection to your organization's server.

Check your credentials: Double-check that you are entering your company account credentials correctly, and that your account is active and not locked.

Contact your IT department: If none of the above suggestions work, it might be a good idea to reach out to your organization's IT department for further assistance. They should be able to help you diagnose and resolve any issues preventing the connection.

I hope this helps you resolve your issue and regain access to your corporate resources on your personal device.

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

May we know how do you set the Operating System Version options in your company compliance policy? Compliance policies can set not only the minimum operating system but also the maximum operating system.

If the maximum operating system option is set and a device has a later version than the maximum OS version, it will also report as noncompliant and can't access organization resources. As shown below:

    max OS version

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,
    Simon
