I have a list that is migrated from on-premise sharepoint to office 365 sharepoint.

On the on-premise local sharepoint it had multiple views:

  1. One view for the managers, so the managers can see all the items.
  2. One view for the user, for if he want to create a new item.

Already I make the user view as a default view.

  1. I don't want all the columns to be shown for the user. In the previous one I am going to list then modify view and then unselect the column that I don't want it to be visible for the users. How can I do this in office 365 -sharepoint?
  2. When the user clicks on new item, how to hide some fields?
  3. How to make in the user view, the user can see only his request? And when he opens the all item view, It shouldn't show him the whole requests and it should give him (you don't have access).
  4. How to make that managers can show the whole requests of the users?
  5. How can I make above the link of both views to be shown for the managers only while the user view should show the request of the user only?
    1. How can I change the design of the new item for If the user want's to create a new item like what I did in infopath?

    @Gulnar
    1.In the user view, click the column -> column settings -> show/hide columns -> edit view columns.

    2.Edit the user view according to the steps provided in the first question.

    3.Based on your description, I understand that you want to only display items created by the user in the
    user view. In the user view, click “Created by” column -> Filter by -> User’s name.
    I don’t think it’s possible to prevent users from accessing all items view.

    4.In the all items view, click “Created by” column -> Filter by -> Users’ names.

    5.Please describe the problem more clearly.

    6.You could go back to classic experience of the list, click Customize in InfoPath in the list tab of ribbon.
