windows server 2019 license issue shutting down the server

I have a windows 2012 server environment with DC I recently installed a windows 2019 server essential to run quickbooks server on it, i configured it as member of the 2012 domain controller. All of a sudden, the system initiated a shutdown, with this in the event log "The process C:\Windows\system32\silsvc.exe has initiated the shutdown of computer on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: No title for this reason could be found" it turned out to be kind of a license violation, thought barely 6-7 users accessing the quickbooks application on it by just file sharing. Any solution to this?

    What is shutting down 2012 or 2019? Are both essentials?
