I was attempted to write the exam in onvue of Az900. but my exam has schedlued during the maintanance window. So even though i tried to open with same access code it is not working

I was attempted to write the exam in onvue of Az900. but my exam has scheduled during the maintenance window. So even though I tried to open with same access code it is not working. So could you please provide me another schedule time to complete my exam.
