    Email sync only new email and one month data only. Old data does not sync.

    Ensure that the device's operating system is updated to the latest version, and that the Outlook app is also updated to the latest version.

    Check if the user account has the correct permissions to access Exchange on-premises. Make sure that the account has the necessary permissions to access the mailbox, and that the account is not blocked or disabled.

    Try removing and re-adding the account in the Outlook app. This can help reset any configuration issues that may be causing the sync issue.
