Vsts agent stuck while using bridge network adaptor in Oracle VM but works fine with NAT adaptor

When I start my ova using bridge adaptor vsts agent don't get installed and stuck at test connection agent ..but when I select NAT it installs quickly. Agent version is >3 from deployment group.
