Suppressed email

I subscribe to newsletters from the NY Times. They accidentally "suppressed" my email, and I stopped receiving the newsletters. They corrected the error, but Outlook isn't showing anything from the NY Times, even though they are in my address book. The NYT insists it's on my end now, because they corrected their end. Nothing from them arrives in my inbox or spam folder.

    Hi @Geraldine Woods

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and posted using the tag "Outlook" which is for general questions about Outlook desktop client.

Regarding the issue you described, could you clarify which type of account you are using? Is it an outlook.com personal account?
Have you checked via the web mail and see if the mails from NY times could be received properly?

For current situation, I'd recommend trying to unsubscribe and then subscribe again to check the result.

Besides, you can try subscribing using a different email account and see how it goes. This helps eliminate if it's the issue on your side.
