    You may try the following registry edit: In Start Search type Regedit and hit the enter key. Locate the following and change as follows:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\Keyboard Preference]
"On"="0"

    Yes, Followed all other existing methods but still bug shows same underline..
    Do check the attached images, its disabled but shows underline
