Can you PLEASE put the Outlook Navigation bar BACK on the BOTTOM

Listen to the consumers..... NOBODY wants to lose valuable screen width to this lousy Toolbar. Let us put it BACK at the bottom. This is literally a War Crime.

- Go to File > Options > Advanced.
- Clear the checkbox of "Show Apps in Outlook" and then restart Outlook.
