font are weird and cannot change

Hi!
I've encountered a one of a kind problem... I looked everywhere for something simillar, tried almost everything (changing from settings, from control pannel and even creating an .reg file in notepad) and i still cannot change the font...
In some places the font is normal, in others is like this, bolt and large and there was no solution so far.. I even asked on Microsoft Discord channel and nothing...31084-untitled.png

    In addition, what about other user account? Create a new admin account and check font performance.
    Finally, you could in-place upgrade current system by a Windows 10 iso image, this way will fix system issue. Download the latest iso from Media creation tool, it’s easy.

    Open Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Fonts.

    click on the link Font settings

    click on the button 'Restore default font settings'

    You can also check the Registry settings:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    so.. it worked but somehow it changed again by itself to bolded icons and folders text... i don't have the display setting in control panel... why is it doing this?? i already reinstaled it twice, was ok, after first shut down it got bolded text icons... so weird!!

    i just want the standard one... not bolded text... what's wrong with my windows 10 home??
