Combined Registration Portal GA Confusion

I'm confused about AzureAD Combined registration. It seems to be GA according to this but in the portal I still see this:

Why is the portal listing it a in preview? Do i need to assign it to users or not anymore?

It seemed from the original article I as the admin was given a choice in April of whether or not to enabled but now it seems to be enabled for all.

    Yes, the Combined security info registration experience is generally available since April 2020 and can be used in production environment. This is documented here as well. However, the Portal UI is not yet updated to remove it from the User feature previews blade. You can post an idea regarding this at our Feedback Portal, which is monitored by the product team.

    Thanks for the comment. I find it so odd that MS would leave the admin portal showing this as Preview. Not a great admin experience.
