I am trying to migrate my old computer's info to my new computer, but I cannot due to my new computer being on OS version 1909 and my old computer being on OS version 2004. I can't force the 2004 update with the Windows Update Assistant (it says my computer doesn't support it), and I can't find a guide on how to revert the old computer to the previous version, and I can't update the new computer to 2004. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? My new computer is a ASUS VivoBook 15.

    Hi,
Have you tried to manually update it? In case you haven't, you should give it a try:

1.Download the Media Creator Tool here:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
    2. Open the MediaCreationTool2004 tool and Accept the License terms.
    3. Select Upgrade this PC now and make sure to select Keep personal files and apps.
    4. It might take some time to install Windows 10.
    5. Your computer will restart a few times, Make sure you don’t turn off your PC.

Confirmed Core isolation disabled and hard drivers are fully up-to-date. Some information in the link below:
