To change Exam Center from Home to Local Institute?

Hi,

Kindly help, How to change Exam Center from Home to Local Institute as I was scheduled the center of Azure-900 Exam at Home?
But, now I want it to take from some Local Institute, is there any charges applied?

Kindly help asap.
