Guests must have a Microsoft 365 work or school account. Anyone with a business or consumer email account, such as Outlook, Gmail, or another account, can join your team as a guest.

- Did you choose to log in as a guest when you logged in to the Android client?
- Sign out, clear your Teams sign-in credentials, and then sign back into Teams.

- Clean up the Teams cache. Try signing in with another Android device.
