"Choose media streaming options" not loading page

Hi, i'm currently trying to active this option in my server 2019 essentials, but all i get is this page blank. Already tried active shared services like "Windows Search", Windos media playerNetwork Sharing Service", "UPnP Device Host", "DNS Client", "Function Discovery Resource Publication" and "SSDP Discovery". All other options about sharing private, guest or public work just fine, but media options don't even load.
