Hi @Anonymous
Typically, after enabling Transcription in the Teams admin center, it can take up to 24 hours for the feature to become available to all users in the organization. However, in some cases, it may take longer for the feature to propagate to all users. If Transcription is still not available to your users after a couple of days, there may be a configuration issue that needs to be resolved. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Ensure that Transcription is enabled for the specific Teams channels or meetings where you want it to be available.
Check if the Microsoft Stream service is available and working correctly in your region. If it's not available, then Transcription won't work. You can check the status of Microsoft Stream on the Microsoft 365 admin center dashboard.
Verify that all users have Microsoft Stream licenses assigned to them.
Make sure that your organization's data residency settings are correctly configured and that the data isn't being blocked or restricted in any way.
Check if there are any other policies or configurations that may be blocking the use of Transcription. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/microsoftteams/meeting-transcription-captions
