I created a webinar and required registration. So there are couple of hundreds registration received, and the Teams server pushed a outlook calendar to those registered participants. But when I added people in the organization into the presenters, I have to save the change. Upon saving it, all those registered participants receive a canceled webinar notification while the virtual meeting link is still valid. That includes the webinar registration page also, it was still available.

    Hi @Eric Chan Kean Lam

Upon saving it, all those registered participants receive a canceled webinar notification while the virtual meeting link is still valid. That includes the webinar registration page

You could set registration start and end time if you have _Teams Premium features.

To set registration start and end times:

    1. Go to Configuration under Registration.
    2. Select Limit registration start and end time.
    3. Designate the registration window by choosing times from the drop-down menus.

Attendees will receive an email informing them about changes to the date or time of the webinar; they won't get notified about any other changes.
