how to get user profile field in Linkedin API?

hi i'm a student and i'm developing Deep Learning model in recruiting recommender system. I need some data about user's organization record or LinkedIn API to write paper. So I tried to access user's profile field. in this url https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/shared/references/v2/profile/organization?context=linkedin%2Fconsumer%2Fcontext. regarding your API policy, maybe normal individual can't to obtain that data (because of privacy issue). I wonder that the way to get data (user's id, organization record). I wanna make Rnn model that predict next user's career. please advice.
