The issue you describe looks like browser hijack. You can first try to check if you have any extensions installed in your browsers. If yes, you can uninstall all the extensions then test again.
If the above doesn't work, you can follow the steps of "Repair Microsoft Edge" in this doc to repair Edge. Your browser data and settings shouldn't be affected by repair.
If repair Edge still doesn't work for you, you can try to reset Edge settings. You can go to edge://settings/reset in Edge, click "Restore settings to their default values> Reset" to reset Edge settings to see if it works.
