Every time I build, I get an error like the one in the picture. A temporary workaround is to delete the obj and bin folders and rebuild. However, this is only temporary and will happen again when you rerun the project or reboot. An ultimate solution is needed

If deleting obj and bin folders can solve your problem, maybe you can try to directly Rebuild Solution instead of manually deleting obj and bin folders. Rebuild Solution will "clean" the solution and then build all project files and components.
