How to properly set up SP app store

Hello everyone, can you please help me to configure local Sharepoint app store properly? What are the prerequisites for the store to work, and for me to be able to open it and browse apps in the store? At this moment, when I click on "Purchase apps", am redirected to Sharepoint store site, where "Sorry, this site does not support apps but you can still acquire them and add them on other sites." is displayed, and after a while I get different message, saying "Sorry, we can't seem to connect to the SharePoint Store. Try again in a bit."
SP server is connected to internet. Can anyone help please? Thank you, Tomas

Apps for SharePoint provide a method to deliver specific information or functionality to a SharePoint site. An app for SharePoint is a small, stand-alone app that solves a specific end-user or business need. Site owners can discover and download apps for SharePoint from a public SharePoint Store or from their organization's internal App Catalog and install them on their SharePoint sites. Unlike features and solutions, which farm or site collection administrators have to install, apps for SharePoint are stand-alone applications that owners of sites can add to their SharePoint sites. The apps for SharePoint have a simple lifecycle - they can be installed, upgraded, and uninstalled by site owners.

Hello,
thank you for your answer - yes, I understand, but at this case I was wondering how to get to App store via Sharepoint to add apps published by Microsoft - is there a way how to do that?
It should look like this:

But when I open app store, I am getting those errors I mentioned above. BR, Tomas

Hi @T Crha , You can find the ULS log file through this path (e.g. SharePoint server 2013):

Or you can get ULS log through PowerShell:

Get-SPLogEvent | Out-GridView
