how to check EWS API status and its event history

Hi team,
We have an application which uses EWS API to fetch mailbox's email. And our users use that application to handle mail centrally. but we our application has problem to fetch mail many times in last month, in the application log file, we see many errors list this: "an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host".
The application provider mentioned it's EWS API problem, it's out of their control. they require us to confirm this issue.
And our o365 team mentioned, that EWS API is managed by Microsoft, they can't help on this issue, and they don't know how to check the EWS API status and event history, what's more, we (local team) don't have the admin account to raise a ticket in Microsoft 365 admin center.
Anyone can help please? thanks in advance.

However, if you want to get help, you need to provide specific details. Could you include error messages or XML results from EWS ?
