.Net updates

Hi All i have a server which has the below vulnerabilities, how do i download latest updates offline and update on the server. i could not find offline installers for these

Microsoft .NET Framework And .NET Core Security Updates for July 2020
Microsoft ASP.NET Core Security Update January 2020
